3. Defective or Non-Defective Products
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items:

- Return shipping costs are fully covered by Delmasia
Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind):
- Free return shipping (label provided)
- Item must meet return conditions
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
